First thing’s first! Register at the Discovery new home community of your choice to begin your journey. While there, make sure to get prequalified, so that you can determine your personal budget and financing options.

This is the fun part! Walking through the models and visiting the available home sites helps you to envision your dream home and location. Each of our communities offers a wide range of floor plans to choose from, ensuring that you find one perfectly suited to your lifestyle.

Once you find the home you love, our Sales Associates are there to help walk you through making an offer. They will provide you with all the details, expectations and milestones to look forward to.

WOOHOO! Your offer has officially been accepted. At this time, you will set up an appointment with the Design Center.

Shortly after your offer has been accepted, you will attend an appointment at the Design Center, where you will have free range to choose all the finishes (flooring, cabinets, tiles, etc) your heart desires.

This is your chance to make your home reflect YOU.

If you purchase your home during the early construction stage, you will meet with our community Superintendent to walk the home and view any floor plan modifications that you selected. Plus! See the workings of your home from behind the walls.

Your Sales Associate has set up an appointment for you and the Lender to review payments and the terms of the loan.

At this appointment, you will be signing all the final documents. Don’t forget to have your Homeowner’s Insurance already set up prior.

At this stage a customer service representative will take you on a personal walk through of your brand new home. This is the time for you to view your upgraded material selections you purchased at your Design Center visit.

Upon Close of Escrow, you may come into the Sales Office and pick up your keys! CONGRATULATIONS!
