For immediate hire: We are seeking a talented real estate professional for the Sales Information Manager position at our corporate office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
MLS – Updatethe MLS Daily as new inventory comes available, or as homes are sold/pending..
Calls – Manage incoming calls via our 888# for our communities with a concentration on making appointments for the sales team.
Web – Manage conversations via Live Chat on company web pages. Update our community’s information on Newhomesource.com.
Reports – Manage various reports including: Traffic Report, Appointment Log, Phone Traffic/Email Traffic Report, Follow-up Report, MLS Update, Comp. Report Booklet, etc.
Email – Manage incoming and outgoing emails from prospects giving information about our various communities, with concentration on making appointments for the sales team
Special Projects – Assist in coordination of community logo designs, and any special projects, as needed.
Requirements Include:
Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
Charismatic and out going, high energy is a plus
High communication abilities
Excellent presentation, oral, written and interpersonal skills needed
Business Attire
***Individuals MUST have an active DRE license and some sales experience.***
